redhotchick
Egg Bound Chickens. Something else for me to worry about! I just bit the bullet and got my chickens, after worrying and reading all the things that could go wrong for 5 (Five!) years. So far so good anyway! 3 lovely hard shelled eggs so far! Stevie
I was always led to believe that cod liver oil mixed in their feed helps prevent them getting egg boundWhether this is just an old wives tale i dont know, but when i get delivery of my Eglu & hens-i might try this.
