MedusA
Well after much deliberation and family voting, the new girls have names! Meet MUGGLE (Cuckoo Silkie) and SQUIB (Dark Partridge Silkie). Those of you with a Harry Potter interest will know how we arrived at them. Hopefully this is a better picture, but they did not want to stand still and be photographed! I think they look like miniature emus! Notice the older girls all stuffing their faces!
Egluntyne
Lovely. I love the way the others are getting on with eating and completely ignoring the new girls!
Ain't Nobody Here
Welcome Muggle and Squib . They're very cute with their fancy hairdo's . (BTW, your other 3 are exactly the same colour combination as mine .)
Eyren
Nice photo, ANH - they look like one of those L'Oreal hair colour ads with a selection of shades to choose from Now you just need a blonde chicken to complete the set
chelsea
love the hair! And like Eglutine spotted - the "heads in grub" shot always makes me smile
Ain't Nobody Here
Now you just need a blonde chicken to complete the set Funny you should say that . Can't decide whether I've got enough on my plate already at the moment or if it would actually be a good distraction
MedusA
The Cuckoo is my first deviation from the "shades of brown" chook look. What breed is Maisie as I notice she lays green eggs?
Ain't Nobody Here
She's a Columbine (Cream Legbar hybrid).
