greenchicken000
Had a look at a product called Foxwatch has anybody used it, looking at getting one but as they are £45 would like to know if people have found them helpful. We don't have a fox problem in fact we never see them it is just nice to have another line of defence.
Egluntyne
I have one and I do think it is effective as a deterrent, but I would never rely on it totally. When I remember to replace the batteries...we see no foxes, but when they run down, the fox pays early morning calls.
WitchHazel
I have one. A few days after getting chickens I saw a fox in our garden. It trotted along our bottom fence, and when it reached the Foxwath it swerved and went at right angles to its original path, missing the Cube completely. I've now ordered a second one, as we have a large irregular shaped garden. I wouldn't rely on it totally though. There are so many stories on here of people leaving their chooks free ranging for just a ew minutes, and then having a visit from M. Reynard.
