4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Hi all

 

We received our Eglu club and 4 wonderful Miss Pepperpots last week, we are so happy and so are the chickens. I was wondering if any of you use virkon to clean with ?

I have used Virkon S on a couple of occasions when I had a chicken die and wanted to make sure the eglu and run were clinically clean. I bought the sachets as buying a large amount is extremely expensive.

No we don't use it either we just jet wash it and I've got some special disinfectant specially for birds, Omlet sell it I think on their website.

 

Also we like to know the names as well as photos

So glad to hear that your four Pepperpots are getting on so well.

 

Next Thursday I will be getting the same with a Cube. The majority of Pepperpots do, as far as I can tell, make wonderful non-problematic pets.

 

I hope that nasty Miss Bossyboots are the exception to the user-friendly rule.

Hi all. Thanks for the replies, i will stick to washing up liquid for cleaning.What a great site this for all us chicken lovers.

We have named the chickens vera,jennifer,rachel and blib-ob,the latter being my partners choice !
