Wanted Eglu Pro

[Tigerlily]

Hi there,

I've ordered my eglu and run with a converter. I plan to let them free range in the evenings/weekends/if at home etc...

Is this enough room, do you think?

Thanks so much!

yes definitely! I had 2 chooks in an eglu with a converter but there is plenty of room for one more.

Thanks Chelsea!

Just want to make sure I give them enough room to roam when we are out!

Best wishes,

I've got three in an eglu and normal run. They do free range for at least an hour a day (more at weekends) but hubby is going to start on our walk in run at the weekend! We want more room for the girls and us but they are fine in the run.

We have a convertor on our Eglu run and the extra space is brill for the chickens.

We only got our chickens on Sunday, so haven't let them out yet - will do tomorrow, so once they taste freedom they may not want to return.!!!

Our converter arrived yesterday and we have 3 hens. There's plenty of room for them and we've not let them out yet. They will spend most of their time in the run except weekends / occasional evening as we won't let them out unless we are physically in the garden with them.
