AnnieP
Partly insomnia OH snoring in bed, old smelly (nice) doggie snoring on landing...birds singing, light peeping through windows, ear plugs itching etc.... Partly like you, I'm an early morning dog walker (5.30 am) to avoid carnage on the dog walking routes of Wiltshire with our Airedale Terror , so its just a habit I can't break. Oh well, at least it means I get to catch up on everything and can actually go to back to bed in the safe knowledge that as I switched off "Ooops, word censored!"ody else was typing anything......... Martin appears to be a good sleeper once he hits the sack that is! during the day you turn your back for 5 seconds and.....
Popcorn
Partly insomnia OH snoring in bed, old smelly (nice) doggie snoring on landing...birds singing, light peeping through windows, ear plugs itching etc.... same with me this morning Annie. The birds were having a real sing song at 5am. I managed to stay put till 6am, then got up and pottered about. It was lovely to be up so early actually, and I saw my first Jay in the garden I left Darren to his snoring too I'm looking forward to a mid-afternoon nap

Popcorn
I know and don't you feel guilty for sleeping during the day too when there is so much to be done!
Guest
Nope! I did when my eldest was born, but when Owen came along, I snatched naps where ever and when ever I could, as he had a bad habit of sleeping for no longer than 40 minutes at a time, till he was 3 and we learned to ignore him at night. Now I have the ability to sleep in the afternoon, should the opportunity arrise, and not feel guilty!
