sausagemaker
I have an old Kenwood Chef 901 (with no instructions)and decided to have a go at making sausages. I have everything prepared. Meat is cut up, spicemix made, casings ready and mincing attachment cleaned. But I cannot work out how to attach it to the KC. The plastic cover over the drive linkage must be locked in position somehow, I have tried levering it off but am worried it might crack. Please help I am getting hungry. sausagemaker
Many thanks Hazel, Problem sorted. The packing grease had hardened over the years but I managed to work it free. Too late for breakfast today but I am looking forward to tomorrow. Nigel

sausagemaker
The mincer and Kenwood both came off ebay, but I am actually using a manual stuffing press to make the sausages, made by a Czech company Porkert.
