andymospit
I've been looking through the forum for ideas for my run floor, would using small pebbles or stone chippings be ok, advice appreciated please.
Egluntyne
Some-one has used them.....can't remember who. They just hose the poo away. It has to go somewhere though .
BarbaraJ
The lady in Scotland used gravel. Depends on whether your run is covered or not, i swear by Aubiose
Christian
Me too Barbara As long as the run stays covered, the aubiose stays dry

cruisa
I've just filled about ten large bin bags with wood chippings that I picked up by the side of the road The highways dept. have been going along the main roads cutting trees & chipping them on the spot, causing piles of chippings in the verges. Its a good cheep way of getting some chippings for the run Then when I change the chippings for fresh ones, the old ones make a great mulch for the garden. All free ~cruisa~
