I watched that on Breakfast this morning .

 

Cute as it was I was a bit worried that the reporter went on the say something like " from this lovely green egg to cute chick in just 52 days"

 

Let's hope not too many others fancy giving it a go without researching any possible problems

Ooo heck! Now I wonder who will be the first to hatch an emu?

 

They now sell ostrich eggs in Waitrose - a single one in a box. I know Martin hatched quail from supermarket eggs...fancy a challenge Martin? Perhaps ~I shouldn't encourage him!

I believe they can run fast & jump fences too? At least big buff orpingtons are manageable!
