Lesley
Homebase in Stratford have seed potato packs (8 tubers) reduced to 49p! W'eve bought a pack of the Smile - they have a marking like a smile and a pack of Arran Victory (I think) - a purple skinned potato. I know it's a bit late but we'll pop them into two old plastic dustbins with some compost and see what happens

Tara.F
if you plant 'salad' seed potatoes in july you get new potatoes for xmas just in time for xmas dinner (they will need protection from though) Sooo...following this logic, I am going to sow some desiree maincrop spuds in June and hope I'll have good bakers for new years eve
Lewis
I have some seed potatoes left over from the start of the year. The ones I planted are now flowering, is it too late to plant the rest of the potatoes to have later in the year?
