chickencam
My ED has got to have one of these for when she goes to Paris in mid July I have just done the online application. For an under 16 you have to put yourself as the main applicant, you can then add spouse and dependent children. I have put all of us on there, do you think that we will get only one card or one each, I am not sure about entrusting it to her if there is only one? Mutrix Farmers
Hi Liz I applied for our EHIC cards at the same time and we got 3 separate ones back. Son is also off to France in July, he's on a activity week in the Ardeche. Hope your daughter enjoys Paris.
chili pepper
As far as i can remember (it was a couple of years ago) I did this for my 15yr old son. We received a card each with a different identification number on each and a number to ring if any card becomes lost. I think it is quite straight forward to replace as long as you keep the original letter with the ID numbers on them. Hope this helps. abwsco
One each and I didn't like it at all. Felt too "big brother is watching" for me
