MedusA
Today, Muggle, our cuckoo silkie, kept popping in and out of the eglu in an investigating way. I had a gut feeling she may be thinking about laying her first egg. I went out for a while to check on the allotments and when I came back, look what I found!!!!! It was so tiny... ...compared to the "big girls" eggs... ...but was perfectly formed I was so chuffed. Well done Muggle!

MedusA
Thank you. I'm sure she must be very pleased with herself. DD said she wished she could have been there for her to "hold her foot" in a "birthing partner" sort of way.
