ubereglu
Hiya, I feel like making sticky toffee pudding for tonight's dinner and was wondering if anyone had a simple recipe that works and tastes good! Liz
Guest
yep, use this recipe for the sponge but substitute the marmalade for toffee sauce or golden syrup. http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/marmaladespongepuddi_74089.shtml I make these microwave sponge puds quite often, quick, easy, delish! Mutrix Farmers
Delia does a good one in Delia Smith's Christmas book. Hawkshead Relish do a fabulous Sticky Toffee Sauce that I stock up on when we go to the Lakes. They have a website but glass jars are quite heavy so P & P is expensive.
