little cluckers Posted June 30, 2008 Share Posted June 30, 2008 I know that this will seem like a strange question but does anyone know why the beautiful throne that has been carved from a tree has been removed (completely chopped down) at Stowe Landscape Gardens in Buckinghamshire? We loved it and always took a photo of the kids on it - we've got a wonderful photographic record of them growing up but I'm very sad that it won't be added to! If I knew how to post a photo I would but he's a link to a pic I found of it Edit, there you are Lise. I know the throne well. Shame that is has been cut down.
