I think if you do try, then you will need to take it slowly, and be on hand to avoid horrid incidents. I'm sure someone will be along to give you better advice though! Lucky you having such babies! beach chick Posted July 9, 2008 Share Posted July 9, 2008 I have 3 12 week old silkies in with a 12 wk Sussex, 2 20wk old birds and 2 18 mth old girls. they all get on fine - but it took a good 5 or 6 weeks. try the FAQ, there is a really good section on introducing new girls, and the best advice is to take it slowly. my silkies are half the size of the younger girls, and about a third of the size of the older ones, but they have learnt when to move out of Top Chook's way! take it easy, and good luck.
