Cinnamon
Great news The lady who has a Welsummer & a White Star put by for me for when we get home from our hols, has had some Columbines in too,so I have one of those also reserved for me! I am delighted.I have always wanted a Columbine/Jasmine as I think they are so pretty, & the possibility of blue eggs year round is great too. Happy day ps - I may just be getting a kitten too,but I haven't told The Hubby yet

Cinnamon
I will have a week in the sun to mull over names for the new girls. In keeping with my garden theme,I am thinking of Sweet pea or Blossom for the White Star,Willow for the Welsummer & Conker or Buttercup for the Columbine Kitten names are easy - she will be Teazel

Cinnamon
Cinnamon...great news re your new chickens. Meant to ask you before...where did you get your great branch that's in your run??? We are having a bit of a garden rehash,& it was a young plum tree which was in the way. It was never very productive,& not a very nice shape either. Sad to cut it down, but the hens are happy and there will be fewer wasps in the summer
