shaun
Thanks to whoever it was who suggested getting one of these feeders from countrywide: Got it yesterday - and no spilt mash at all!!! Blissful! Also got the super drinker - equally great! Thanks again!
mrs chook
I've just got two of the drinkers-brill. They don't keep treading in the bowls now
Catsareus
Hello. just saw your new feeder and i have exactly the same problem with mash every where with my 2 chickens. Can you give me the details of where you got it from please? Thanks
Yolky
Would it work with the pellets too? I have a scooper in my flock lol
Troy
They are brilliant you're right. We use this and the bell drinker for our girls and use the cover over the top so nothing can get in. Yolky the answer is yes. They work with mash and pellets because the white tube is adjustable and controls the flow rate of whatever you have in it. I actually mix mash and pellets in mine and have it suspended in the run. Water drinker too. There are no spillages and no wasted food! Egluntyne
Would it work with the pellets too? I have a scooper in my flock lol Yes....I have one and they are very good. Just the odd pellet on the floor now. I have one of the drinkers too. No more feet washing in the drinking water, but it is heavy to flip over when filled. I'm going to cut a hole in the top and fill it that way. I still have the use the glugs and grubs to have extra fresh water around the place on hot days, and for dishing up grit.
