For the past few years we have had a lamb off him in the Autumn and its the best lamb I have ever eaten. Apparently Pigs take up a lot more room so he only does enough Pork for the family (where as he does lamb for friends too) BUT this year he called to say he half a Pig if we were interested. The pig in question is a Saddleback cross Tamworth. It's been reared outdoors and only ever fed on Organic feed.
