redhotchick
I'd really love to see a reply this query. My rhubarb has finally taken off and I have lots of stalks now. Is it too late to use them?
theherd123
I dont think its too late to use them - im intending to use mine in the next couple of weeks but whatever you do dont cut off all the stalks as i think it needs to use the energy from these as a store for next season. Also you can cook it and freeze it if you are not sure what to do with it now.
Ain't Nobody Here
That's good news - I've got loads of rhubarb and have been a bit lax in cutting it .

Snowy
Luuuuurve rhubarb schnapps - bottled mine the other day. Had to test it for quality control purposes, but I think it is delicious now! Not sure it will last until christmas though None of my brood like rhubarb, so I've stewed it with sugar and frozen in small portions. Gorgeous with natural yoghurt, or nat yoghurt and cream
