JulesL Posted August 13, 2008 Share Posted August 13, 2008 My 2.5 year old son found Raquel and Hilda in the lounge tonight whilst I was in the kitchen. He shouted "the chickens are in the lounge so they need to go to jail"! I couldn't stop laughing. I have lovely muddy foot prints on the mat now by the french doors. We went to the Domestic Fowl Trust in Evesham last week and he was chased by the smallest, scruffiest chook I've ever seen - oh he did cry! Sorry, I'm not sympathic at all!! Reminds me of the time we took Son to a Rare Breeds Farm and I pushed his pushchair up to the railings around the enclosure of the hugest pig I have ever seen so he too could see it. The pig ambled over and pushed it's snout through the rails and grunted. Son starts to cry and finally explains that the pig had oinked him!!
