gooner.girl
raw cabbage? Funnily enough there was some left at work today - kids didn't want to eat it - so i said i would take it for the chooks. Just wanted to be sure it wasn't poisonous - anyone know? RubyReckless
They'll love it. Don't give them too much of it, though, because their eggs can start tasting cabbagey!
Gamebird
I give my girls raw cabbage every now and then. We grow our own and I they get the manky ones. I just through the whole cabbage in the run and they have a good peck which keeps them occupied for ages. They eat it right down to the stalk. Yolky
I get big ones from Aldi for 50p, chop it into 4 and give them a quarter hung up every day for 4 days. They love it
