Lesley
You can use any frozen fruit for this recipe. I use sliced strawberries or whole raspberries which I freeze the night before or have in the freezer anyway , a friend has used frozen bananas. No quantities - just throw in what you have - as long as you don't break your processor *** Use the chopping blade and put in around 8 oz frozen fruit, sprinklle with some castor sugar and then throw in a large pot of natural yoghurt. Blitz for a few seconds/a minute until well mixed. The frozen fruit freezes the yoghurt and makes an instant soft ice cream. *** - I cannot be held responsible for broken food processors
kannie
Ooh - I've got some fruit puree in the freezer that I was wondering what to do with - good idea! Might have to leave it in the fridge overnight first though. Purees freeze pretty hard. Good hot weather food.

Lesley
Christine - you'd have to hack it into pieces as it will only work if the fruit is frozen. Raspberries are ideal because they break up quickly

Cinnamon
Just to let anyone who is interested know that Tesco have frozen raspberries on BOGOF this week. I guess they would be perfect for making this recipe!
