Jules.
It's an Indian game- destined for the pot I've been to see them today- 4 have hatched, 3 of them are Marans ( & I've been promised 2 of them ) and the one Indian game one. Out of 6 Maran eggs & 6 Indian game eggs the hatching success is going quite well. One Maran is in the incubator & has been hatching since yesterday and so B will make the decision what to do with this chick this afternoon, as if it's not doing well he will want to end it's suffering. I picked up a Maran egg which is starting to crack slightly, & I could hear & feel the chick moving inside the egg- how cool is that? He thinks a couple of the Indian eggs are infertile, & so hopefully will get 9 healthy chicks from his 12 eggs.

Jules.
He does take good pictures but the Flickr person isn't the one who has hatched the chicks though- it's his son who has done.
