I have just been watching the rugby Ire v NZ) . We are a bit of a rugby family (OH is welsh and 3 DS are at Unis in Wales). I have decided in my next life I am coming back as the first female International rugby referee . It would be amazing to be able to wag my finger, tell off and send off the hunking great fellas and them not say a word!!!!! such power.

We were watching the game too, OH is Irish, but if they are not playing he will support England He has the same name as the ref too

I normally watch the rugby. I was dragged up on the side lines of a rugby pitch (my Dad played and later spectated). Unfortunately I was soooo busy yesterday I didn't get to watch it but Dad said I didn't miss much. The OH often sits there rolling his eyes whilst Dad and I discuss the matches on the phone

 

Now how would I concentrate as a ref with all those hunky young men running around

I rather like Ryan Jones he looked so good walking his dog on Oxwich Beach (mind you I can say that at my age). My oldest DS was at Uni with Alun Wun Jones and he is a BIG lad. I actually sat next to the Moriarty Bros in the White Rose on Mumbles seafront (it was some time ago) and I felt such a small wee thing!!!!!

Yeah I agree, Ryan Jones is nice in a rugged boyish way, but unfortunately way to young for me. I guess Stephen Jones is decade younger than me but I can only dream

Alun Wyn Jones is definately a big guy. Moriarty bros, that was a while ago, didn't they play for Swansea when it was Swansea and not the Ospreys.

The Moriaty Bos played for Swansea before they became Ospreys and they also played for Wales in the 90s. OH is from Mumbles and with sons called Rhys, Geraint and Owen we do follow a lot of Welsh rugby.
