laurmurf
I finally had the patience to work out how to put photos on flickr - hope this works and you like my new-ish girls when they were just 15 weeks old! (well I've had them nearly a month now.... ) http://www.flickr.com/photos/30092221@N06/?saved=

mostin
Lovely pics, Shaun and I have just sat here together and perused them. We especially loved the kittylu . Our nosey girl is called Tilley. Shaun says we are definitely coming up for tea and cake (and so I can drool over your cube and all the girls) soon . laurmurf
Convince Shaun that I'll make extra cakes for him! (or would he prefer some 'Speckled Hen'? )

alih
Lovely pictures! The orange eglu s gorgeous in autumn. What sort of hen is Meg? She's a beauty!
laurmurf
Hi Alih - Meg is a 'Pied Suffolk' so called by Glencroft Poultry - she's clearly an awful lot of Sussex in her (but reversed!). She's a bit of a madam: but sort of the Tony Soprano of the group, she leaves the enforcing to Flo (her very own Big Pussy Bompensaro). I'm taking the intros of the babies very VERY slowly... they haven't been free ranging together at all yet. Mostin - we are always at home to you and Shaun! Next Saturday (29th?) would be fab - we're in until about 6pm. I'll get baking - It would be lovely to see you both! I've got Purple Hen coming to see me on Sunday morning to collect the aviary for her new rats (we need more of a story there, Val) so it will be like an Omlet reunion!
