As Thanksgiving has passed here in the States I had a ton of left over stuffing. I am not a chef or cook for that matter but what I did is took the left over stuffing and placed it in a jumbo muffin tin (a bit in each cup) cracked an egg over top and baked them in a 400 degree oven for about 10 min (or until the white is firmed up) and the yolk is to your liking. YUM!!

Wow that's a good idea - OH always cooks too much stuffing and I never know what to do with the leftovers

Thanks Egluntine and Mostin...I had a nice day. I managed to get loads done around the house and yard, watch the Macy's Thanksgicind Day Parade (while the rest of the family watched our football) and eat waaaaaaaaaaaay to much.
