4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

i *think* my eglu is stuck in the harbour due to boats being cancelled. Wasn't at home to know the boats were cancelled, and so emailed omlet to find out, but it was too late. So am hoping its stuck and will either arrive tomorrow, or monday. Fingers crossed please! (other option is my credit card didn't have the funds and isn't coming. So you can see why i am hoping its at the harbour!)

i'm presuming omlet would have rung of if there had been a payment problem, which logically means my eglu is stuck cause of boats. Which means it'll come when the boats run. Which is a shame cause i wanted to set it up this weekend, and it might not come til monday.

go to the omlet shop and click on your account, it will show if there is any outstanding payment on your order or if you have payed at all.

If it's a credit card problem, they would have called you. I placed an order for three sets of plastic bars over the phone a few months ago and the lady asked me if they should use the same card details as before and I said yes (not realising that it was an old card that I paid off and cancelled). When it came to the delivery date and they couldn't put payment through, she called me and took new payment details.
