If it wasn't for the fact that I have been outside today, yesterday, the day before etc etc, (you get the idea), I wouldn't have noticed the unpleasant smell coming from the drain. I wouldn't have got drain cleaner, realised it didn't work and I wouldn't have called British Gas who wouldn't have sent Dyna-Rod this afternoon.

 

Fortunately I did, and they opened the manhole cover under the decking and discovered we were hours away before the blockage in our neighbours drains causing the a massive overflow from the manhole cover and covering our garden with sewage, water, kitchen grease and all sorts.

 

They may be giving me more hassle thanks to the horrible horrible bullying situation I am trying to deal with but they've saved me a very smelly garden!
