Thanks to all who replied on my 'Chicken Keeping Regrets?' thread - DH has agreed to do the shed conversion walk in run for the chooks to keep them off the rest of the garden

 

I've seen previous threads about using Hills of Devon for weldmesh, but can anyone tell me where would be the best place to source polycarbonate for the roof? The plan is to take our existing garden shed and strip off the (felt) roof and wooden slatted sides, leaving the bare frame, then replace with weldmesh sides and clear roof instead.

Wickes!

I used the smaller profile roofing, about £6 a sheet.

Thanks - I'll have to check out the website to find our nearest Wickes. I know we've got B&Q, Homebase and Focus, but I've not seen a Wickes so far....

We bought ours from Wickes - we found it a bit of a pain to cut so not sure if anyone has any tips about that should you need to cut it to size. If you need any close-up photos let me know and I'll take some for you.

We got ours from B&Q, it's clear polycarb just the job We tied ours on with bungee cords, but we have an eglu and run.
