Guest
We are currently re-doing our bathroom, and last week I toddled off to the tile shop to see what they had. I wasn't feeling great so had on an old t-shirt and a pair of holey jeans. The staff were pefectly polite, but not terribly helpful, and I spent a lot of the time running around looking for people to ask questions. I went back today, to buy tiles. I'm feeling better, so was dressed a bit better and even managed a spot of make-up this morning, and the difference in the staffs attitude was UNBELIEVABLE. As soon as we walked through the door, I was approached by one of the staff, who then walked round with me to the tiles that I had chosen, then insisted on going and getting a trolley, and loading the trolley, then transfering them into the car once I had paid for them. He even gave me a discount when I was cheeky enough to ask, even though they were already in the sale. Isn't it amazing what a bit of lippy and a lowish cut t-shirt can do?!? Men - you're soooooooo obvious!
