Got them all POL at the beginning of October and didn't expect anything until Jan / Feb at the very earliest. I feel like a very proud parent. Sorry got to go and make an omlette or something eggy. However, I'm overwhelmed with eggs (there are only two of us!). I was wondering if you are planning to sell your surplus eggs or at least whether you are managing to eat them all? I'm still at the stage of giving them away to friends, however, I've just been approached by one of the mums from my sons school.
