How best to administer Flubenvet?

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Got my Flubenvet today and wondered the best way to administer it? Would it be better to put it into their corn as I know it would get into them quicker that way?

I feed them 2 small ramekins of corn in the afternoons around 3 o'clock and they wolf this down.

They dont have any treats before that only acces to their layers pellets, want to get them wormed asap.

Also how much corn in the afternoons? :? They seem to tip it all out and eat most of it, but when I let them out in the mornings of course there is still some left on the ground and they eat this before attempting the layers pellets.

Such joy to our garden already! dont think you would have seen me out in the garden much before half past eight before now, but love going out to let them up, check their water, etc.. even if it is freezing!!! They are my new babies, so inquisitive already and they actually talk back!! ( I know most of you will not find this fact amazing!! as you already have regular chicken chats I'm sure!!!):lol:

Has anyone tried the new flubenvet versus the old one...?

I've got the old tub... is the new one easier or harder to use, I guess one benefit is no egg withdrawal with the new one???

I would welcome opinions as i really should re-dose, I'm not convinced Xeno 200 is covering the girls????

thanks
