Groovychook
Can anyone recommend the Michael Roux 'Eggs' book? I'm thinking that it might help me to plough through my egg mountain but I've got so many cookery books as it is. Just wondered if anyone out there get lots of use out of it! Trish
We have the book and we do use it quite a bit. My eldest love messing in the kitchen and has done quite a few of the recipes. There's a good selection of sweet and savory stuff too.
Flo
I have it too and it is a really nice book, lots of pictures. I'm not sure it is the best cookery book I have but it certainly is the best when I am looking for inspiration for egg recipes!
