moochoo
I went to Homebase at Solihull yesterday and bought 2 wall hanging metallic planters with 3 pots on each for £2. An electric propagator for £5 and a raspberry cane and loganberry cane for 50p each! If I'd got more time and bigger hands I'm sure I'd have bought more. Valkyrie
Lots of poles for the veg - the ones with green plastic on the outside - lasts longer than bamboo and don't snap when you are trying to push them into the ground for the beans! Also easier maintenance - wipe with Jeyes Fluid before storing away.
Nicola O
My local one had bags of bark chips - 70litre - reduced to £1.48 each. I got 6, and I think I'll go back for some more today. NIcola.
Valkyrie
OH might be getting a new van today - I think I know how to fill it up! We need silver sand and more woodchips for the paths. Perhaps some more grit for the new raised beds . . . compost . . .
