Healthy Scotch Eggs!

Hello, thought I would give you my low fat alternative to the regular scotch egg ( I am also a Sliimming world member so we do a heck of a lot with eggs- as they are classed as free food!)

 

Hard boil your eggs and take a very low fat sauasage such as Sainsburys be good to yourself less than 3% fat, undo the sausage skin and mould the sausage meat around the egg, roll into brown breadcrumbs using a beaten egg if you like and instead of frying bake in the oven until done.

 

You can add extra herbs or very finely chopped onion to the sausage meat or even instead of breadcrumbs wrap very lean bacon around the sausgae meat

 

They are yummy! and if anyone is following the slimming world plan these are only 1 syn on RED days
