I soaked then cooked it, and added it to some cooked "porridge" (oats cooked in water) and some spaghetti.. Even my shy chicken Britney (aka Asbo!) was shoving for portions. Fab if you want a treat that is on hand with lots of goodies.. Maybe something to have if people chicken sit and they can't free-range?
