DH suggested mulled wine but I said that was too obvious and googled for Winter cocktails. Came across one which included ginger beer (which we've just made!) so we've been mixing rum, sugar and ginger beer to get the perfect Dark 'N Stormy so we can take a bottle ready mixed.
