Warm boot recommendations please

A while ago I posted regarding worries about the Eglu door not being secure for our guinea pigs. After contacting Omlet to let them know I am so impressed with their response. We had a new Eglu sent in 5 days and a full explaination about why the door hadnt fit properly.

Thats service - cant wait for the new big Eglu - how many guinea pigs will fit in that I wonder - but I think we'll have to start saving NOW!

buying the eglu is some thing lm glad we done the service is great l had a problem with my roostings bars once and they sent out new ones straight away now that service.They offer a great package theres always help when needed.Would love another soon.

Well done Omlet. When water started leaking into my eglu they sent out a rubber ring to put on the door, and no water has got in since!

The door seal had failed then. In Mark 1's they have a rubber seal to the nestbox, but they changed it with the Mark 2 so no water could get in.
