Cube Instructions Uregently Required

Recommended Posts

Hello. Sorry for lack of introduction, but I need urgent help please. I have just returned home having purchased a new cube and run from an Omlet approved outlet... and there are no instructions in any of the boxes. I have four chickens sitting in a box and not a single piece of paper to tell me how on earth I assemble the jigsaw of pieces I have unpacked. I am sorry if I am being stupid, but I cannot find assembly instructions on the website for the cube.

I have absolutely nowhere to put the chickens so if anybody has instructions they could email to me I would be very, very grateful. Thank you.

Thank you both for the instructions. Unfortunately there are no serrated washers in the fittings so not possible to tighten any of the bolts. At least half of the holes for the bolts are not straight so again, not possible to get a tight fit. We have followed all the instructions step by step (minus the serrated washers) and there are massive gaps all over the place. The right hand side panel does not fit at all well with the base or roof. Sorry to start on such a negative note, but having just spent close to £700 I am shocked that there are parts missing and those present don't fit tight. Very disappointed and what was supposed to be a nice experience has turned into an unpleasant one - and that's just me..... the poor chickens probably feel much the same!

I'm really sorry to hear that :( . How disappointing - I know how exciting it is when your new "toy" arrives :( . I don't have a cube so can't really advise you but I know there have been a few threads about cubes. Have a look through - perhaps they might reassure or help you?

You may find other helpful threads if you have a look further back in the Eglus and Cubes section.

Omlet are apparently usually very good at customer service. I'd give them a call.
