alih Posted February 18, 2009 Share Posted February 18, 2009 The general advice is for 5-7 days. That way they can orientate themselves properly. Then try ranging them just before it gets dark so they get used to finding their way in on their own. I just increased it after that. But be sure to have treats at the ready when you want then to come in as otherwise you can end up spending lots of time chasing them round!
