Husband is out for the night and I have not stopped stuffing my face, Peanut Butter and Nutella sandwich, Kitkat, coffee & walnut cake and a chocolate cup cake. Feel a little sick now.

Must get back on the weight watchers tomorrow.

I never cook on Fridays, its my night off. OH had a kebab and I had marks and spencer's sandwiches...

Not to mention 3 course evening meal at the hotel
