TheCoop
Of our 3 hens, only Dolly seems to be inflicted with constantly runny poos. The other 2 are normal poos (with the occasional runny poo as is normal). They're all fed on the same organic layers pellets and have just the occasional treat (greens, strawberry tops etc). This has been going on for quite a number of weeks now (if not months). She seems completely happy and normal in every way other than her runny poo (which, of course, makes her back end look disgusting!). Any ideas as to why???? Ain't Nobody Here
I was going to suggest bokashi bran but if your other 2 are OK I don't know if that will help .
4Clucks-minusOne
My little Bella is the same. I think she is just a sickly chicken that will get everything. She laid a 98g egg a few weeks ago and since then she has laid 3 soft shells which made her very poorly for two afternoons. Once she had passed them she was jumping around Today I thought she had an impacted crop as it seemed to be very full first thing and she had watery poo. She was fine for most of the day. Plum
Could be worms Would it be worth cutting out on treats and worming her and as ANH says give her some bokashi bran and perhaps some probiotic yogurt with it which Claret swears by. Hope she settles.
