Hello,

 

I bought a cube back in Nov 2007 and love it (except for the leaks every now and then) but when we went to move it to a new spot in the garden last week the leg snapped off and is now useless and very hard to move. Has anyone else had this problem?

They had problems with some of the earlier ones wheel/axel. I understand the axel (pivot bit) is now thicker and better welded onto the leg.

 

I have only had mine a week and as the legs donot touch the ground I guess I wouldn't notice if it broke anyway (I am awaiting for them to come and fix it).

 

I would ring Omlet.

Hi, I'd be really interested in knowing the outcome of this, I've had my cube less than a year (do they have a warranty?) and one wheen snapped of on Friday, we're moving so really need this sorted. Am emailing them this morning.

I've heard of a couple of cases of this happening; get in touch with Omlet and make sure that they sort it out.

Emailed had a reply from Gwen, as the cube is under a year old she's sending me some new wheels. Which is fantastic, again omlet customer service is second to none!

 

Helped us out no end in the past aswell with an urgent eglu for injured chuck.
