Mr Omlet came back this morning and fitted the new end panel to my cube (cube arrived a month ago with old style small door after being promised new style door) so that is looking fine.

The other issue (cube legs not touching the ground) wasn't on his list to look at, but he did have a look. Basically the run panela are longer than the legs - on grass the weight of it just sinks in, so the legs end up touching the ground, but as mine is on slabs that cannot happen. So it remains with legs not touching the ground and run panels bowed in - but he has reassured me this is fine and will not do any damage to the cube or run.

I am still not convinced this will be a good Omlet advert at Hen Parties though!

I haven't found that Omlet have been that good regarding problem solving. They are very friendly when taking orders but when the orders arrive faulty they haven't wanted to know. In the days of the wooden roosting bars, I ordered two sets of cube spares. When they arrived, one set was broken and the other had huge chunks out of them. I was told to use a hammer and some nails on them. Great customer service!
