Just over 3 weeks old and out to the growers' run today ......either 3 of each or 4 boys, 2 girls I think.

It's a day for achievements for big girls and boys, I've just been free ranging my ten week olds. They spent about an hour out of their run scratching about and I was even brave enough to leave them for a minute or two while I popped in for a wee.

 

They grow up so quickly.

Some very definite combs there. Amazing how quickly they grow isn't it?

I've known the black and one of the blues were boys from under a week old, theres a definite blue girl and I really, really, really want one of the splashes to be a girl but they're a bit 'iffy' at the moment

 

Just popped them in the eglu on a thick bed of easibed and straw......first night out is always nerve-wracking!

Fee they are gorgeous - can't imagine DH would be too impressed if I announced I wanted to hatch some here though......!
