The Brown Clan Posted April 20, 2009 Share Posted April 20, 2009 (edited) Does anyone else use the website for Animals( thats their name)for delivery of of their pellets?, I am asking as have used them to supply my Layers pellets ,aubiose , and Garlic powder for the last year and had no problems up until 3 weeks ago when My delivery of pellets was delivered by courier and was out of date !!! not hapy as was down to my last s"Ooops, word censored!"ings in the drum, I rang them and was told " they can't be" I repeated this to the man on the other end of the phone . and after some deleberation he aggreed to send me out some more . I rang again and was told the replacements were sent out last week ( they have not arrived ) so he said they will send me out some more ( still waiting for them, ) Am wondering if this has happened to anyone else only wnet with them coz the delivery was cheaper then omlet . That will teach me I am really cheesed off as am having to use pellets from pets at home until my orgainc ones arrive !!! and am 18.95 out of pocket I am wondering if they will eventually deliver my pellets or am I going to have to try and get my money back?
