fluffyknickers
Want to make some naan breads for dinner tonight. The question is can I make them in advance during the day even though I am not going to cook them til tonight? The recipe says to leave the dough to rise for 10-15 mins then roll out into the naans. Could I just leave them for longer? Or could I shape into Naans then leave or will they just inflate too much? I just dont want to be making them tonight in the middle of kids dinner, making the curry etcetc and would like them to be prepared! Thanks Michelle
chickencam
If I were you I would make and bake them now then reheat them by sprinkling them with water and putting into the oven for a few minutes much as you would with bought ones. If however you don't want to cook them put the dough into the fridge where it will rise much more slowly.
