I go to the Henley College and today when I was walking to Chemistry I heard a cockerel crowing. As I, like most of you, am chicken obsessed I peered over the not very high wall only to see a !!! I was so excited!

 

So, who is it? I thought it might be someone on this forum.

 

I heard the cockeral all through Chemistry and Physics

Not me - Indiana is loud,but we are actually in a village outside of town by a couple of miles

 

My eldest will be at the college from September Dom,so I will get her to keep an eye out (& an ear!)

I was visiting Henley College yesterday but I don't think my Phillip was in the boot! One thing I was intrigued by and that it is the (apparently ) enormous turkey farm near Remenhem hill. Sue you weren't hearing gobble-gobble??

She'll probably be getting my bus We go through your village every day... I'll be driving into college in September though.

 

Turkey farm?! Didn't know there was one nearby. Was definitely a cockerel in a green eglu cube. Perhaps a non forumer?

 

Talking of a small chicken world, my mum met someone in town today who keeps chooks too! They were talking to a cat sitting in a stream and when my mum said she had to go to check up on the hens, she said "I've got hens too! Got any spare?". Life keeps getting stranger...
