Wheres the best place to buy large quantities of merino?

I've had some small amounts off ebay and I've had a look at the world of wool website (min £2.50 postage on 100g ) wondering if you all knowing crafters here have any better ideas?

I've recently started felting and I'm coompletely ADDICTED

I've bought from World of Wool, and also Texere Yarns in the past and the service has been very good!!

Could you buy fleece direct from a farm and prepare it yourself? Farmers get peanuts for fleece, literally pennies, so it might be worth investigating.

I don't know what their prices are like for large quantities though. Their service was excellent. I bought felting kits, merino tops,drop spindles and looms from them.
