ClaireG
I had to go out earlier and thought i'd better check the answer phone when i got back. The agents knowing we are moving and getting the key to our new place tommorow have only gone and arranged a viewing for tomorrow I asked if it could be changed, explaning that there will be boxes etc etc everywhere. After checking they rang back to say the person viewing can't make any other day or any other time They've also asked that the propertty and garden are in a clean and tidy state We're moving how do they expect it to be tidy??! I am so glad we've found somewhere else.
Ain't Nobody Here
They're just going to have to take it as they find it. What on earth do they expect you to do about it . Good luck with the move . When do you actually move out?
ClaireG
We get the keys tomorrow and will start moving stuff then. DH has booked tomorrow and Tuesday off work and we hope to have the majority of stuff moved by then. We officially have untill 7th June to get everything out by. Chickvic
It just doesn't make sense does it? If the viewer says anything I would comment on the fact that you can't wait to get out of there!
Looney
We had this too. Except our landlady thought we were going to be out and arranged a viewing without us knowing She got extremely cross that the place was full of half packed boxes and piles of things to be packed. Omletina Kyckling
I take it this is the same landlord who let you move in on a supposed long term let, then has decided to sell the property after you've only been in six months and had your WIR built etc. etc.......I wouldn't worry what the state of the house is in for the viewing - if you've explained to the agents that you are in the middle of viewing and they still insist on going ahead then more fool them!! Can't wait to welcome you to your new home!!
ClaireG
Well... the first load is on the van We've tided etc the best we can the potential buyer will just have to understand we're in the midst of moving. Can't wait to be there Omletina
